EMPLOYMENT opportunity

 

  1.  Background

The Government of the Republic of Uganda received support from the International Development Association of the World Bank towards the Competitiveness and Enterprise Development Project – Land Component (CEDP AF - LC) under the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development.

 

The Ministry wishes to invite suitably qualified Ugandan citizens (candidates) to fill the positions of: Surveyor, Cartographer, Physical Planner, Land Officer, Registrar of Titles, Data Entry Clerk, Records Officer, Administrative Assistant and Information Technology Officer. Minimum Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans holding a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognized Institution
Working Experience
Working experience of one (1) year in Office Administration and Management.
Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Head of Section for performing the following duties:-

a)     To monitor reporting of staff to duty station;

b)     To ensure timely reporting to the duty station by staff;

c)     To report on staff behaviour and compliance to the Manager;

d)     To provide administrative support to the team;

e)     Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
